This story comes to us from Star Magazine. We would have heard it somewhere else or better yet, seen photographic evidence, if this was true. It's still so interesting to contemplate as a potential story that I couldn't pass it up though. Oprah Winfrey supposedly has almost no hair and what little hair she does have is dyed blonde like that "Stop the Insanity" woman:

Oprah Winfrey is always discreetly flanked by two massive security guards when she works out at Chicago's pricey East Bank Club spa and gym. But her beefy protectors have little to worry about, since the 54-year-old TV mogul is virtually unrecognizable. In fact, Star has learned exclusively that when Oprah wants to go incognito, she simply takes off her wig to revealed a dyed-blonde buzz cut. "Nobody ever notices Oprah in the gym," says an eyewitness. "She doesn't wear makeup or a wig. Her head is practically shaved and she dyes the little hair she does have blonde. If she is recognized, it's because of her voice!"

This tidbit is in the cover story in Star: "Hollywood Bodyguards Tell All," and also includes the details that Oprah's people move her seat with her in it while she's on stage and that she has someone put her shoes on for her after she walks on stage barefoot. Those two parts I would believe as there are potentially thousands of studio audience witnesses, but Star is really stretching it with this blonde buzz cut story. That said, there's no way that's Oprah's natural hair. She's got to have something under there.

I know there are old plans floating around on the internet from Trahan Architects out of Baton Rouge -- there are these three pictures on their website. Those are old and dated.

The architects Mike Thomas has hired are from HNTB in Kansas City, which also has an office here in Cincinnati. The stadium HNTB has done that most here would be familiar with is Louisville Slugger Stadium in Louisville, home of the Bats. They also did Invesco Field in Denver, home of the Broncos.

Thomas said he'd brought architects from the firm to the Pitt game, so they could see the struggles of the stadium at capacity.

I have, this last week or so, commented on articles by Jannet Daley, along the same lines and you have accepted them, but today, nothing.

Is Kanye West Done With Rap?

With the release of his new auto-tune singing filled album, many rumors have started that Kanye West is done rapping, but are they true? The Observer newspaper quoted Kanye saying "hip-hop is over for me now" after a press conference in New Zealand but Kanye quickly squashed that rumor.

    "What does that mean," Ye' asked. "Hip-hop is over for me? I never said that." Kanye says the paper took him saying he didn't listen to rap at his apartment, out of text. "That quote is like so wrong," West responded. "I never said that. I still listen to hip-hop in my car. I listen to old Wu-Tang or something while I'm designing and stuff like that. I really don't listen to new hip-hop albums that come out like that. I really don't learn the lyrics the way I used to learn the lyrics when I was 18 years old and stuff like that. Even albums like Lil Wayne's album, which I love, I couldn't recite the raps for you. I'm just not in that position. Maybe I'm just busy. It disturbs me that they paraphrase me."

Luda & Soulja Boy Perform At SEC Championship!

Ludacris and Soulja Boy will team up for a free concert put on by AT&T. The free show will follow this weekend's Southeastern Conference (SEC) football championship game in Georgia. "I'm excited to be helping AT&T recognize and celebrate the SEC Championship, which is such a time-honored tradition," Luda says. Soulja Boy also commented saying "I receive an amazing amount of love from the South when it comes to supporting my projects - especially in college football games where I see some of the players and fans doing my dances when they score."

    In related news, Soulja Boy will participate in an upcoming charity event in Atlanta. Soulja Boy will be on hand at the Old National Highway's Wal-Mart on December 19th to help with gifts and sign copies of his new album. The toy run is part of the sixth annual "Toyz N Da Hood" event. "It's all about putting smiles on kids' faces this holiday season," Soulja Boy said in a statement. "I'm happy to do anything I can during these hard economic times to make a kid's holiday season a little brighter."

If you have him on your Professional NFL franchise, he will catch some footballs but don't expect him to practice, or to stay un-injured... you can expect him to show up at a Manhattan Night Club while carrying an un registered handgun & shoot himself in the leg while trying not to spill his drinks.... yep, b/c he's stupid.... if he'd been wearing a sign we could've warned him...

He obviously doesn't have any real friends b/c if he did, they would've advised him that taking an unregistered handgun to a NYC nightclub or in Manhattan is a bad idea... the funny thing is, he didn't have a shoot out w/ a rival gang or w/ jets fans... Nope... HE SHOT HIMSELF IN THE LEG ON ACCIDENT...... I remember setting & watching the NFL draft when he came out of Michigan State where he was a pretty good reciever, not great, but pretty good.... the buzz words that year about him were that he is a prototypical NFL reciever.... so does that mean to fit the mold of an NFL reciever you've got to consistently be hurt, let down more teamates than Randy Moss, & shoot yourself in the leg at a NYC nightclub.... where's his mother, i know that my mom would've hopped in her car & drove straight from Hardcore Ardmore to come slap me in the face for being stupid... Hell, I'm pretty sure i can talk my mom into slapping Plaxico just for being a DUMBA$$...  the mayor of NY Michael Bloomberg has come out & stated that the crime Plaxico has committed carries a minimum of 3.5 years in prison.... I'm getting sick & tired of Celebrities being cut some slack for their crimes... I say send Michael Vicks **** to Jail for 25 years & if & only if he behaves, then let him out only to make him work for the next 10 years free of charge at a dog resuce facility... I've heard rumors that Plaxico might not even serve jail time or if he does, it will only be for 6 months... screw that... If i did the exact same thing either of those idiots did, do you think that i would have the same ??? hell no, i would be rotting in jail, just as they should be...
